How do I make sure my order went through
OK?
If you supplied an email address
with your order, you should almost immediately receive a order
confirmation notice via email. This let's you know that your order
was successfully received by our system.

How do I know my credit card
information is safe?
We know that credit card
security is very important to you. Rest assured that when you
order with us, your credit card information is safe. We use the
latest in secure server technology to make sure that no one else
has access to your credit card information. For further security,
your credit card information is never stored on our system.

How long will it take for my order to
arrive
Orders generally take one to two
business days to process and be sent out. In general, you can
expect your order to arrive in 4 to 8 business days for UPS Ground, and 3 to 5 days for
UPS 2nd Day Air Service. When your order
is sent out, you will receive an email notifying you that your
order has shipped. If you select UPS to ship your order, you will be
emailed a tracking number which will allow you to find out where
your package is at all times and the expected arrival date. If you select USPS to
ship your order, there is no tracking information provided.

All orders which have a BILLING
address in the state of California will be charged 7.75% sales tax
on the merchandise only. We do not charge sales tax for the
shipping costs. All other states will not be charged sales tax.

A backorder means that we are
currently out of stock for a particular item that you ordered, and
that we waiting for the next shipment from our suppliers. Usually
this means that your order could be delayed for up to two weeks.
We will immediately send out your order once the backordered items
come in. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is
actually shipped. We try very hard to make sure all items are in
stock always. Backorders are rare, but they do happen on occasion. (Back

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are of course very sorry that
this happened. We make every effort to carefully package each
order that we send out, but sometimes accidents do occur. Our
carrier, UPS, is responsible for any packages which are damaged
during transit. You will need to file a claim directly with UPS.
If after contacting UPS they determine that the damage was not
done during transportation, please contact our customer service
department and we will issue a full refund. In some cases, we may
ask to have the damaged item(s) returned before we issue a refund.

How do I return something?
We want you to be happy with the
products we sell. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with a product that you purchased from us, simply
contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Please tell us the item you want to
return and when you ordered it. Please also tell us why you want
to return this item. This is optional, but it does allow us to
serve you and others better in the future. Once you have the
RMA number, return the merchandise to the address listed above,
along with the RMA and we will issue you a full refund for the
item(s) returned, minus the shipping charges. All requests for
returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. (Back
